What is COES Chorus?Top of Page

Creekside Oaks Chorus is comprised of about fifty-five third, fourth, and fifth grade students who actively want to extend their music experience beyond the classroom. It meets Thursday afternoons from 2:50-4:00 in the COES music room.

Members learn music, concert ettiquette and other performance standards in preparation for the Winter Performance, assorted nursing home appearances, the Spring Performance, and the Western Placer Choral festival held each spring.

In addition, older students are encouraged to take younger students under their wings, as they get to know them, play games with them , and perform with them.

Creekside Chorus is open to new members during the first month of school and again in January.
