PURPOSE

Support staff by helping enhance and supplement curriculum and instruction.
Promote effective communication and involvement between school, home and community.
Encourage parents and the community to work successfully with the school to promote growth in the students academically, socially and behaviorally.
Develop a sense of community between school families.

Why should you join the PTO?

The PTO is a great opportunity to become involved in your child's education. You help the school and it benefits your child, too.
There is no better way to get involved in what is happening or is going to happen. You will be part of the team helping to make positive changes.
PTO meetings are an opportunity to meet other parents. Come and share ideas, concerns, and experiences with other parents and educators in the community.
When you become active in PTO, you will be presenting to your child the value you place on education. As per studies, when parents are actively involved, children do better in school.
